Why not try cooking baked courgette flowers, one of my favs.

Three flowers per person. Take 300g of soft cheese, drain off any excess watery liquid, & mix with 2tsp finely grated parmesan, zest of 1 lemon, 1tsp of olive oil, seasoning, & 6-8 basil leaves chopped.

Remove the stamens and spoon fill. Twist the ends of the flowers to hold in place. Preheat oven to 180 c & arrange flowers on a baking tray. Brush with olive oil & bake for 6-8 minutes.
